Q1: What do we do?
A1: We set up and manage online MaxmentPro Business Network Groups (MBNGs) on Facebook for our realtor and home service professional (HomePro) members in 2,000 cities, at no upfront cost to them.
A business referral group (BNG) is a group of business owners who refer business to each other. These groups offer small business owners an opportunity to establish mutually beneficial business relationships with other members.
A key component of a BNG is industry exclusivity, which allows only one person per profession per group or chapter. We follow the BNI.com business model, which has over 10,000 business referral groups with 300,000 business members in the U.S. and over 70 other countries.
Q2: What is our mission (or our short- to medium-term goals)?
A2: Our mission is “2,000-100.”
This means:
- Setting up 2,000 MaxmentPro Business Network Groups (MBNGs) for our realtor and HomePro members in 2,000 cities.
- Signing up 100 non-competing HomePro members for each group. Based on the national average, this should enable each business member to receive 36 referral sales annually, or $360,000 in referral business per year.
Achieving the “2,000-100” mission will ensure that all Maxment Associates and business members earn 10 times the minimum prevailing wage in their respective countries and can invest sufficiently in building AI-proof assets (such as a mortgage-free home, co-op farming, and renewable energy).
Q3: Why do we exist? (or what is our lifelong purpose?)
A3: To AI-proof the lives of all Maxment business members and Maxment Associate Partners (MAPs) by fulfilling Maxment’s “2,000-100” mission as quickly as possible. This will allow all business members and Associates to earn 10 times the minimum prevailing wage in their countries and secure their futures against AI disruption.
Q4: What are our core values/beliefs?
A4: These are our core values, on which we do not compromise:
—Maintain an industry-average Net Promoter Score (NPS) or customer rating. This demonstrates how much we care about our business members and associates. No business can survive long with a below-average NPS or customer rating.
—No 3 Signs of a Miserable Job (N3SMJ). The three signs are Anonymity, Irrelevance, and Immeasurement. If you experience any of these three signs, please inform HR.
Q5: How do we make money?
A5: Some local and national companies pay us a referral fee based on the gross business they generate through our local groups and local homeowner subscribers. There is no extra cost to homeowners for our services.
Q6: How do we work?
A6: We are a U.S.-based, 100% remote company.
We manage all our departments and teams using fully distributed, self-managing teams of Associates working remotely from the U.S., Canada, India, Pakistan, and over 10 other countries.
This working model allows us to hire top remote talent from anywhere in the world and provide support to our business members through our private online local and national business referral groups.
Each 50-member referral group is managed and supported by one or two Associates.
