Our Model:
Industry Exclusivity: We allow only one professional per industry per group (following the BNI.com model).
Referral-Based: Members build mutually beneficial relationships to refer business to one another.

A2: Our mission is “2,000-50”:
2,000 Groups: Launch MBNGs in 2,000 cities for realtors and HomePros.
50 Members: Sign up 50 non-competing members per group.
The Goal: Based on national averages, this enables each member to receive roughly 10 referral sales annually, worth an estimated $120,000 in referral business.

A3: To fulfill Maxment’s “2,000-50” mission, ensuring each business member can generate up to $120K per year in referral revenue.
Q4: What are our core values?
A4: We operate on two non-negotiable core values:
Customer Satisfaction: We maintain an industry-standard Net Promoter Score (NPS). A high rating ensures we are delivering genuine value to our members and associates.
Work Culture (No 3 Signs of a Miserable Job): We actively fight against Anonymity, Irrelevance, and Immeasurement. If any associate feels these signs are present, they are encouraged to contact HR immediately.
Q5: How do we make money?
A5: We earn referral fees from local and national companies based on the gross business generated through our groups and homeowner subscribers. Our services are provided at no extra cost to homeowners.
Q6: How do we work?
A6: We are a 100% remote, U.S.-based company operating out of California.
Global Talent: We utilize self-managing teams of Associates from the U.S., Canada, India, Pakistan, and 10+ other countries.
Dedicated Support: Every 50-member group is supported by one or two dedicated Associates.
