What is a real estate agent referral network?

A real estate exchange referral network is a special type of referral group where a real estate agent can receive referrals from out of area agents.

In addition, the agent can also send referrals to out of area agents or agents in different niches and can earn 25% standard commission.

 

Why join our real estate agent referral network?

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR®) survey, an average agent does 12 transactions per year. Out of which 8 are referral transactions.

Out of 8 referrals, most Realtors get referrals from these 4 main sources:

  1. 20% from other agents
  2. 20% from local vendors and businesses
  3. 20% from other local sources
  4. 40% from sphere of influence  (or SOI) and

  3. Track all your referrals using our referral tracking software.

 

How does it work to receive referrals?

  1. Once you become a member of Mpro Realtors, all other realtors in our referral network from 2000+ cities will have access to your profile.

  2. Once an agent in our network has a referral lead for your city, she will use Maxment Realtors referral directory to give you the referral. As an alternative, she can also use our provided contact list of all our 2000 agents from all 2000+ cities on a Google Sheet.

  3. You will use our tracking software to update the status of the referral to keep the referral giving agent in the loop.

  4. Once the deal is closed, the referring agent will get a standard 25% fee, we will get our standard $500 fee. A win win for all.

 

How does it work to send referrals?

  1. You'll join MRG and will have access to all available realtors who are our members from 2000 cities.

  2. Once you have a lead or a client to refer to a member agent in another city, you'll use Maxment Realtors directory to access the agent name & contact info to contact him or her.  As an alternative, you can also use our contact list of all our 2000 agents from all 2000+ cities on a Google Sheet.

  3. Or you can just announce the lead on our Facebook group and request an agent which is responsible for your chosen city to DM you. Later, you can enter the detail on our referral directory to track the referral.

  4. The referral receiving agent will use the referral directory to update the status of the referral to keep you in the loop.

  5. Once the deal is closed, you'll get your 25%, we will get our $500 fee and other agent will get the new client. A win win for all.

  6. When any of 2000+ exclusive agents in our network is ready to send referral(s) to you, he or she will use the same process as outlined above.
